Join us for a Community Sound Bath November 10th!

What is a Sound Bath?

Many people describe it as a full-body reset—peaceful, grounding, and surprisingly rejuvenating. Despite the name, there is no water involved – no towel or swimsuit required!

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you’re immersed in the soothing vibrations of instruments like gongs, crystal bowls, and chimes.

Rather than doing or trying, you simply lie back and let the sounds wash over you, calming the mind and easing the body into a state of rest.

Location: Camp Sherman Community Hall, Nov. 10th 6:00pm-7:15pm

This event is generously offered to our Camp Sherman community by local musician Jen Behnke (of Skybound Blue) & Yoga Instructor Phoenix Ries (and former BBS counselor). The sound bath is free, AND donations are welcome! All proceeds fundraise for Black Butte School.
*This program suitable for adults and only older children who are able to be still and quiet for the entire 75 minutes.
