Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, Simon earned a Business degree from Oregon State University. A mid-life career change led to a degree in accounting from Portland State University, followed by a Certified Public Accountant certification.

Simon had been a School Business Official for over fifteen years. Simon has two adult children, a daughter who lives in Portland and a son in Boston. Simon enjoys Oregon’s amazing natural beauty and variety.

In his spare time Simon puts on and participates in Time, Speed, Distance auto rallies, and has a passion for vintage British cars.
